Alexander Rojas focuses on intellectual property and complex civil litigation, including trademarks, trade secrets and other financial and commercial matters. Admitted to practice in both Florida and Illinois, he is experienced in trying complex cases before juries and judges. Mr. Rojas has also worked in-house, including at a Fortune Global 500 company, where he analyzed and summarized complex contracts in connection with major transactions. In addition to Mr. Rojas’ deep understanding of the litigation process, clients frequently tap him to provide counseling with respect to proactive intellectual property protection.
Mr. Rojas graduated, cum laude, from Chicago-Kent College of Law, while simultaneously attaining a certificate in intellectual property. He is also a graduate of the Florida International University Honors College, earning his undergraduate degree, magna cum laude, in economics.
